Can't create an account?

I have tried creating a new account on your server. But it always come with this message in the end:
OOPS!
Something went wrong!
I have tried 3 different browsers, 2 different emails, 2 different usernames, 3 different passwords and still giving me this message. I hope you guys please can help! Looking forward to hear from you.
