The bugtracker has fields for searching:

searching for /equip I see two entries. one presumably yours; one much older. Both marked invalid. I'm guessing there would be a good handful with keywords "disappear" and "vanish".

Thanks for looking. I find it strange that they can mark something invalid that quickly. Mine was marked invalid less than an hour after I submitted it. /shrug oh well...
