i am having problem logging in. when i try to log i get instant disconnect. however when i log on my alt eveyrthing is fine n i see my main online

the same thing is happening to me

I figured well "I might as well change my password" in case somehow someone got my password. When I tried on the website it says it sent an email, but it did not. (I did this several times)

any help would be appreciated.
