Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

A friend of mine has downloaded the Client and would like to create an account now. But when he clicks on the link in the beginners guide he is directed to the main page and has no possibility to create an account.

I also tried it with the same result. (Google Chrome and IE)

Is there currently problems with registration?
