Cannot log in "disconnected from Server" immediately

I have tried changing realmlist file and all the other steps but I can't login to the game. It goes right to "disconnected from server"

Reset your password over the Nost HP, and DISABLE the Country Lock completly, worked for the most players till now.

how do i reset the country lock? theres no cp on the main website.

only dashboard which takes me the to main website and the account name box for the cp is empty just says hello username

I cant do shit on the site. I am logged in and looking at a black screen with no account options to change. it says "hello xxxxxx! Enjoy your stay on Nostalrius!"

I've been logging on and off all day no problems.

Now I changed some graphics settings, exited client to let changes take effect, and now I have this problem also. Instant "disconnected".
