Downloading issue

When I attempt on downloading the file from mega.nz there seems to be a complication with the file. It tells me that the file I am trying to download is no longer available.
"The file you are trying to download is no longer available"
"The associated user account has been terminated due to multiple violations of our Terms of Service."
Is this a problem on my side of things, or do I have to download a torrent or something?
