Cloth turn-in npc appear to be gone.

Just got my 60 wool to get some bonus exp and both the dwarf and gnome cloth persons are gone.
Im pretty sure they have always been there for a way to farm mounts from other factions. In every patch.

They were added in patch 1.5.

I do know Horde has their npcs in. However the tauren cloth taker seem to be orc size regardlles he is Tauren.

Do the numerous quests they have in multiple zones. Just look up the faction to know what quests you can do for them.

I ran into the dwarf, human,and elf version of this throughout last week. I have been saving up cloth for a couple days now. If they are gone, it would be a recent event. I'm going to check to see if they are gone for me.

Exalted is not possible with any of them i think without a little bit of cloth turn ins. You simply level too fast to be able to get all the rep needed.
Only stormwind is doable if you do the INSANE grind quest in swamp of sorrows.

Yup, they are gone. I can tell you, they were there. Having started WoW in MOP, I wasn't even aware of their existence until I saw the "?" over their heads, so I had started saving cloth. But they aren't there now....which really, really sucks.
