Banned without reason, Sarlas/pvp

Hey!

Got banned without reason it seems, i cant log into my account and i cant login to the homepage to see if there is any reason, could login and play the otherday, but this morning my account was banned,

Hello again,
It still seems like it has been banned. :s

When i try to log onto the server it says,
"This World of Warcraft account is closed and no longer avaible for use."
Then there is a link to the World of Warcraft page,

Maybe im stupid and doing something wrong? if so tell me what to do
The ting is that, the account in question is my fathers account and im looking into it for him as he isnt to good at forum posts and stuff like that. And i can login to my account without problem but when i try to login to his account it comes up as banned. and yes i do have the right login and password for his account.
