Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

This morning I tried to log in, and it says my account got banned. Nostalrius is my life right now, and I really enjoy it, I got to lvl 60 on my fury warrior in 2 months, and I got raiding geaered, got my Lionheart helm, clearerd ZG - MC and Ony. I really really enjoy this server, and now I'm banned.. I really really wish you can unban me, or atleast tell me why I'm banned, because I got no clue at all?

My only guess would be, me and my friend are playing together, and as we leveled up, we would trade our gold to eachother, to see how much it looked like in the bag, with both our gold in one bag. We have done that a few times, maybe there has been a misunderstanding here?

My warrior is in the PvP server, named Parkvil, Human male alliance.
Please help me Nostalrius. I really dont wanna start from the buttom again.

You know what, I'm going to be honest.
At level 32 I decided to buy 100g for my mount riding skill, and I did not know that this was permanent ban reason, and if I knew that, I would never have done so.
I have had a ton of fun on this server, and I regret buying those 100g so much. And this will ofc, never happen again.
I was pretty new to the server and the 100g seemed non uptainable, but as I got close to the lvl 40's I realised that I did not have to buy these gold.
I regret it so much and I hope my honesty will make you reconsider my ban. I swear, I will never do this again. Since I started playing on Nostalrius wow, I felt like a child again, and I was enjoying these many nostaltic memories of vanilla wow.
It was my responsibility to know about your rules, but I did not, and I screwed up. I am sorry for that.

You just found the reason. Not reading the rules is not an excuse to break them.

I would ask you to browse through the Account Issues section, and read all "I've been hacked" messages. There are many - and they are all caused by those people you supported by buying gold. If there were no gold buyers in game, there would be no gold sellers either.

Your account will stay permanently banned, and you should have a burning pain in your chest now.

So you think I should stay banned forever, because of it?
I admitted my mistake, I bought a small amount of gold, which I really regret. I have learned my lesson, and 100g wasnt worth my account.
I am truly sorry for this.

Buying gold = permanent ban. They won't unban you.

Nostalrius team, I'm so so deeply sorry.. I feel so aweful, and I just want to play.. I can't get myself to level up from level 1 again... I got alot of study coming in the furture, thats why I leveled to 60 so fast.. I had to make it in time, so that I could raid a few times a week with guild, and then still do my studies...
Please reconsider my ban, even though I broke the rules... I swear to god, I will never buy gold again, it is deffinetly not worth it.. I wish I could undo my gold buying..
I learned my lesson.. The last 2 days have been hell for me..
I just wanna play by the rules, and raid with my friend, whom I got to play on this server. I had 4 people joining this server, because I told them how awesome it was. I love your great work Nostalrius. You guys really did a good job, scripting this private server!
All I'm asking is one last chance, to prove to you that I will play by the rules. I have now read and understood every single rule of yours.

dude how can you say you life got ruined becasue you got banned on a private server of a 11 year old game? ToU clearly states that gold buying results in a permanent ban. Too bad u didn't bother to read it. It's not the dev's problem. If they even decide to make this exception just for you, more people will demand unbans for buying gold "because that other guy didn't get permantly banned, why should I?".

Go outside, take a deep breath, make some friends. "Nostalrius is my life right now" trust me, I've been a nerd once, a HUGE one, i wouldn't leave my house for days , if not weeks, but then i found some hobbies, like a gym or learning a language. Also socializing is far even more satysfying than getting full T2 or whatever.

If Nostalrius is really life to you, you can always register a new account and start levelling again

But seriously dude, don't take it too seriously, it's just a game...

I tried to level on a new account, and im lvl 6.. I just log out all the time.. I really cant go through all these levels again.. I beg you, have mercy, unban me please....
