Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Am I the only one with this weird hardware lag?
Sometimes my char is still walking even though I have released the walking key, sometimes it's late to react to my keyboard/mouse commands.
Anything I can do to solve this?
