Unable to connect and receive character list on Nostalrius

Hello! I am currently having a problem connecting to your server and would like some info in order to fix it,currently, i can not receive my character list from your PVP server but i can from your PVE server which is interesting although there could be a waiting list in order to get in since its early in the morning which is not popping up on my login screen
