Possible solution ?

Had the same i could play for some second and then the lag hit me rly hard

Got the same problem and very similar tracert results. Usual latency ~30, today 500 - 1000+. My connection is great, someting seems wrong on french side of the connection, thats where you get all the 'timed out' results.
