(Quest bugged)Fire Hardened Mail

I can't complete my turn in for 'Fire Hardened Mail' I have all the items but the quest is just gray. I tried everything I can think of to get it to work. Can't abandon the quest because it will delete my quest items. Pretty stuck here!

Pretty sure you can abandon the quest and it wont delete your items and you can reaccept and hand in, ive had this happen with a few quests including my whirlwind axe warrior quest, said it would delete the items but it didnt...knowing my luck you'll do it and lose your items and be all QQ at me, so that's just my experience

Too scurred to try it =( is there any support in the game? I submitted a "ticket" using the red questionmark but I am skeptical of it's functionality

Bump. Please help, spent all week doing this and have a bag full of items. Or someone learn me how to contact a GM

Resubmit a ticket regarding it. But most quest bugs are solved by abandoning and retaking the quest.

It tells me explicitly my items will be deleted if I abandon quest

Okay, I gritted my teeth and reset the quest. Though it said it would delete my items, it did not. Not too bad
