Gaining Acceptance quest

I am not getting the option of turning in dark iron residue at thorium point after reaching friendly with them via the flux quest. I have looked on wowwiki and seen that the residue turn in was implemented 1.5 on classic. Why is this quest not available? The guild I am apart of on PVE server is just now starting to get FR gear and we need the rep badly to continue progression without it costing us all our cores and ore. Is this quest released or not going to release? Any help would be appreciated.

PvE server is not on 1.5 content wise.

According to the timeline and current patch release.... we very well should be 1.4/1.5 patch content. Any greens able to comment on this and clarify?

I am still wanting to know when this quest is going to be implemented? We are at 1.5 content and the quest is not available. I am sitting on 1000 residue waiting for turn in. Many players on pve server are getting restless about lack of communication with our server. Some sorta of yes or no would suffice. Thanks in advance.
