Call of water

Ok, so I finished the first chain quest and got my healing stream totem and am now on the 2nd chain quest. It's asking me to bring a Water Sapta to Tieve Mordune but I don't have a water sapta. Idk if I deleted it or never got one. I tried abandoning it and nothing happened. I went to Islen and Brine but still nothing. I'm stuck and can't continue. Can't kill an elemental or nothing. Maybe a GM can just restore me a Water sapta?
