Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I did a ton of runs of SM Armory the last few days and I finally had Ravager http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=7717 drop. 10 minutes later the server crashed and I left it allow for the day.

I come back now only to find out that I had lost the axe along with some other greens I got from the last run! I really would prefer not to run sm armory again for the axe. Is it possible to have that item restored to my account?

They do not restore items unless it was an epic from a raid that was lost due to a server crash or rollback, and even then you have to provide proof, which you have not.
