When i was about lvl 40, i found i can't learn more skills from the NPC of Leather.And now, i am already lvl 58,i still can't learn any skill of Leather.Can you help me to solve this problem?

You have to seek out a trainer in the world to teach you higher level leatherworking skill, the trainers in the city only teach you so far.

But my skills of Leather is 236/300 now.

You may need to buy leatherworking recipes from vendors as well. Check online for lists of recipes you can buy and from which vendors:
