no help for COD scammers

is nothing going to be done about the COD scams that have taken place? I lost 5g 98s to a scammer named "persenaama" and cannot figure out a way to get this individual banned/ my money back.

Please help!

I played retail vanilla wow and ppl got banned for doing this stuff and the players got their stuff/gold back.

for the record, this exact same thing happened to me on retail back in the day and the GM gave me my item back and gave the person in question a ban. mail scams pretending to be the AH or any other kind of fraud were also against the TOS and were bannable offenses.

This guy "Refund" get gold doing that. I made a ticket asking if is legal or not in this server. In wiki wow says "Blizzard advised players not to open such mail, and to report suspected C.O.D. scams to a Game Master". So whats on Nost? Well as we dont know ive already made a ticket explaing it.
And just wondering how they made mails so fast to everybody...

I was so stupid for clicking that with out reading (never see COD option until today lol), dont wanna my gold back just wanna see that guy banned or at least with out the stolen gold.-

it has now spread to tons of chars, sending the COD's i mean.
Its worked its way to alliance as well, just look at how many of these ive had to deal with
The only reason they are doing it more and more its because NOS dev team is basically saying its cool.
It'd be really cool for the dev to to stick up for its members sometimes you know.
