Herb nodes disappear/phase out

Hey all,

i am standing a few meters away from a herb node. It is visible and if i get closer, it would be collectable. But once i go towards the herb node, it just disappears. When i go backwards after that, the node is visible again. In fact, i can't gather the herb, because if i get close to it, it suddenly isn't visible anymore. This happened to me several times now, which is very frustrating. What is that?

Also this seems to be that the PVE server is not synchronized and causes phasing when it isn't supposed to, I was questing in Jasperlode mine with my partner and we phased all of a sudden a bunch of nodes appeared in the mine, but when I moved further we phased again and they were gone. So I feel something is quite broken.

Absolutely the same problem! I observed in various locations, including in the Barrens and Silverpine Forest

Has anyone else experienced the disappearing of herb nodes when coming too close to it? Is that just me or a nostalrius thing?

I had this problem while leveling my herbalism in Elwynn. Every time I went near the Tower of Azora, the nodes would phase in and out depending on where I was standing.

This seems to be an issue with the phasing, as you noted, which I believe affects both the PvP and PvE server. It seems to be particularly bad in Elwynn, Barrens, Badlands and Tanaris (and maybe some other zones too). I didn't however see any official remarks from GMs on this issue in searching through the forums, though I may have missed it. For now it looks like it's just an issue that either hasn't been addressed/isn't planning on being fixed, but it'd be great to see an official response on it.

Also, a bug occurs in Silverpine Forest.
I'm not sure that there is a relationship, but there is another bug: when the grass track some bushes do not appear on the minimap, even get near. For example, some bushes Mageroyal near Tarren Mill.
