Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

While attempting to submit a bug with the Leatherworking Trainer Fimble Finespindle, my firewall reported having block several attacks, ( I tried to upload the report but got the message "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."). An excerpt from the report "Attacking Computer: raottumassa.flipthescript.uk (85.25.102.161, 80)". There were three recorded attempts, all attempts stopped upon closing the website. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be going back to that site given the obvious lack of any real security, as such I will be posting any game issues here.

The issue I was attempting to report was I did not receive the Leatherworking recipe Fine Leather Cloak and Light Leather Pants from Leatherworking Trainer Fimble Finespindle even though funds were taken. I actually paid for Fine Leather Cloak twice not realizing the 1st attempt did in fact take money. I then logged out disabled addons logged in attempted to get the 2nd recipe where funds were removed but again training not received.

The account name is dewhound character name Kabira, these transactions occurred around 6:30-7:00 pm sever. Losing 15 silver at this level is a lot of coin, I would just like to get the training I paid for.

So am I to assume that I will not get any kind of support for my issue. Based on responses to other posts I submitted an in game ticket to get the training I paid for. That ticket has been cleared (within the last hour)yet I did not speak to anyone, nor do I have the training I paid for. Not even a "sorry can't help you " message. Since this post has apparently been ignored, how am I supposed to get LW training????????????
