Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey guys, I learned Hammersmith then decided I wanted Axesmith after. The NPC Has the dialogue option to unlearn Hammersmith but I just get the error "Unable to do that right now." Is this a bug? I'd really rather have axesmith.
