Locked out of account

Hi,

I've recently been blocked out of my account. I assume it is related to the accepting of gold from a friend in my friends list. I did not know that this was against the rules and I was simply excited to get enough gold for my mount (nearly being level 40 and all).

I've also posted once before but I think it was in the wrong thread.

I hope that this can be resolved and I can continue to play

Hi Eragon,

I never exchanged real money for in game currency . I along with my friends all have similar names (inside joke) but I was given gold by a friend to help with my mount. I did not know where the gold came from.

I understand your T&Cs and respect that you are just trying to make a fair service. I feel like I've just been caught up in this and I don't know how to prove my innocence.

Can you please reconsider? I'm more than happy for you to remove the gold from my account. Like I said I have no actual monetary investment. I just want to play.
