Onyxia loot lost to server crash.

I have the following screenshots of the loot:

http://imgur.com/a/k2Tho

It shows the loot that dropped, as well as the people and the Raid ID: 13835

Helm of Wrath: Zwoareshaq
Head of Onyxia: Theprotdream
Ring of Binding: Theprotdream
Shard of the Scale: Bratwürst

The rest is immaterial. Absolutely begging the admins at Nostalrius to please restore the loot to these people. As you can see from the screenshots, looting had already begun.

After logging back in, we have a new ID which is 3592. Not sure if this makes any difference. The one listed above was the original.

The crashed occured on Sunday, march 27th, 23:25 Server Time

If the items cannot be restored, I would like to ask that the admins reset the raid lock so that we can have a chance to do it again.

You already have a thread on this here https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic. ... 74#p282074 and the GM team already gave you a response. They will not change their answer (most likely 99% sure as I dont want to "speak for the GMs")

As much as I appreciate your reply and opinions... I feel that the response was incorrect, as it seems to me their ToS compliments my request, not conflicts with it. That being said, and since my PM was not responded to, I reposted my thread with more clear wording for a second opinion, as well as an additional request should the first one not be met.

Thank you so much for your vigilance, thenuclearwalrus.

That's not how this works, just because you didn't like their answer doesn't mean you get to spam forums with your complaining. This EXACT SAME THING has happened to 30+ guilds and they never got loot back, what makes you so special?

The GMs are busy. The ToS he quoted me seems to back up my request. It's possible he had a lot to do and overlooked my thread. I am asking again with a simpler post, as well as a second request. This is second post is completely fair. Please stop harassing me over it.

it seems to me their ToS compliments my request,

The criterias in the ToU are as below:

* Exact date of the raid; No (or am I blind?)
* Screenshot of the raid ID; Yes
* Screenshot of the loot & complete list of raid members; Yes
* Name of the player who received the item; No

So to say you fullfilled all criterias is not correct. I am unsure how much this impacts the final decission, as the major parts of the boss kill is covered. But again: this is the GM's decission, and they said no.

Yes, they are both there.

I was under the impression this information had to be present in the screenshot, but the ToU only says it should be written in the ticket - which you did.

We do not recover any lost items or currency except raid items with the rarity of Epic and above which can be restored in the case of a Server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions

I am out of words.

this

as usual people don't understand this sentence
they only restore already distributed loot!!

That was my first thought as well. But how do we know loot wasn't distributed? it is not depicted on the screenshots - nor is it a requirement (as I assumed before)
