Email or username wrong when changing password

Today, i meant to change my password and system tell me Email or username wrong. But im pretty sure i typed correct username and Email too. Can you help me? I can provide any info related to this acct.

Oh god, take down your email and username immediately for security. They only need your character name and the server you are on.
