RIP died and cannot revive

Hello i have been having problems lately while playing. First i havent been able to change my hearth yet in a different inn. Also i havent been able to get any professions, im not sure if its cause i have to be lvl 10 or what. Lastly, i died lastnight doing quest and i run to my corse and i cannot respawn, the resurrect button is not there and now im stuck dead. Pls help.
