Item lost in mail

Nost Support Staff,

I recently acquired all of the materials for a Hide of the Wild for a friend, had it crafted, and when I went to mail it apparently mistyped the name. I understand not just giving me another item 100%, but was wondering if I could at least get the name that it was mailed to, as I do not have that, in the hopes that the player will return it. I'm trying to get him to stay on Nostalrius, as he is frustrated with Vanilla at times, so I was going to surprise him with the item. Please help, and thank you for all that you do.
