Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. Downloading the client from MEGA fails, it says my account has been banned due to terms of service violations yet I just created the account. I have never even used the website before. Created new accounts and still fails. Downloading from Google Drive gives me a network error or it'll say there's been too many downloads on both mirror sites with the installer. Is there any other way? I have also tried it on two other computers to rule out a computer issue and I get the same errors

try to download it from the feenix site, download it from there, its the same vanilla client
