Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello there, i have a problem. The problem is the buff bar in the upper right. Normaly there should be a timer, but i don't have it. I tried it with Addons on and off, but nothing changed. I couldn't find an option either :/ Can you help me? I hope this is the right forum for this question. If not I'm sorry.
