Instant disconnect

I will keep it simple.
Can't loggin into my alt account, I get instant disconnected when I loggin (its the correct information I have tried loggin @ nostalrius site).
I have also tried to loggin from a different computer, same thing.
Would appreciate help loads.

yup, be happy you received the email... my email wont receive it therefore nostalrius claims they can do nothing about it and that I just have to make a new account
