Not Receiving IP Lock/Password Reset Email

I have submitted the form for a password reset request as well as a Ip lock change. It says it has gone through on the website and that it has successfully sent; however, I am not receiving any emails for nostalrius at all... I have checked all folders on this email and am still receiving my regular emails

GM please help :(

*Update*

Game Master Pottu believed the problem was within my University blocking nostalrius from emailing me. I called them today to see if any such thing was going on and they confirmed that they do not block any websites whatsoever and that my email should be able to receive emails from ANY website. That being said it must be a problem on Nostalrius's end.

Anything we can do to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I have exacerbated nearly all options on my end. I have gone into all of my firewall settings to allow emails from "[email protected]" as well as having tried to contact various GM's in game. At this point I am desperate and really really want my account back. I know from a tech standpoint that Nostalrius can change my account settings for me and thus remove my IP lock and/or change my email for me to a different email that will receive the reset link. I can provide all personally info on the account to prove that I am the owner and would really just appreciate it if Nostalrius as a whole could do me a solid here since 1.) I have invested so much time into this account and want to continue playing on it. and 2.) I have not violated the terms of service or anything and my account has never been banned.
