Did I blackmailed?

Hello GM:
I received a letter today send from" Notic",I don't know this "Notic"is a player's name or sever notic, then I opened it and it costs me 50 golds,I didn't notice a "COD" in front of title, so I print screenshot immediately. picture at the end of this message. Maybe it's not clear... damn the TGA format
Maybe it is just a joke for April Fool's Day from administrators, or I was blackmailed?
Nevertheless,only I want to know wether I was blackmailed, and if I was blackmailed, can I get my 50 golds back?
Help me please.

Theres a few posts about this same thing already, and No, they do not return items/gold. They will ban the scammer. But seriously keep your eyes open, this C.O.D. scam attempt is one of the worst attempts of the COD scams I've ever seen. If people fall for this, I'm scared they're the type of people that open Cryptolocker .exe files in their normal e-mail mailbox because it says 'freemoney.exe' or something.
