How to reset password / Change IP Lock without an email?

I created an account before they required an email, is there a way to add an email to my account? When I try to login on the main website with my username and password, I get an error "Bad Credentials"

Basically, you can't. GM's will always respond with 'account security is your own responsability' :\. After a few weeks I have managed to get my e-mail related to the account just by pure luck, but after password reset I still can't log into the website. I can still log into the game though.
