[Bug] Paladin Quest: Tome of Valor bugged

After accepting the level 20 paladin quest, "The Tome of Valor", from Ironforge, I abandoned it so I could do it with a pally friend in Stormwind. However, after abandoning the quest, it didn't re-appear in Stormwind. I ran back to Ironforge, but it's no longer there, either

I'd be really bummed if I just lost the opportunity to do this quest chain.
