Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have sent quite a few items from my main , to my bank alt on the same account and the mail deleted the items. I'm only receiving an "attachment" letter with no items. My character sending the item was named "Bed". Time was around 1:30 am today.

The following items I did not recieve.

Same problem just now in game. happened twice for me. Lost about 40g worth of items. I think it has to do with mailing yourself items on the same account. Stay away from the mailbox for now!

Same thing happened to me, lost more than I could afford lol

Uhhh, I just lost three pages of items to this issue. Can a GM shed some insight on this? How do we go about getting these items back?
