Mail Items from AH Lost in Transit?

Hi,

Today I purchased 1x arcanite crystal and 1x thorium bar from the AH on the PvP server. Immediately after, I could not retrieve the items from my mailbox by clicking on them - nothing would happen. I then relogged, however when I reopened my mail the items were gone and not in my inventory. I relogged a second time, the items still missing. Once I closed the empty mail receipts, they deleted themselves.

Could someone help me recover these items / refund my purchase?

I am having similar issues with the In game mail. I bought some things off the AH on an alt and mailed them to a char on the same account. The mail went through however the stack of Gold bars and the two star Ruby's did not come through, the receipt of the mail did but not the items. When I retired the receipt from the mail box it said there is no information for this item.
