Hello,
When I try to reset my account password, the email to reset never comes through. I'm pretty confident I'm using the proper email and account name, because when I enter this account name and email combo it says:
"Bad credentials. An email was successfully sent to xxx.yyy@zzz"
(with that being my actual email)
Any idea why I'm not getting the email? It's not going to spam/junk or anything, I checked.
