Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Dear GM / Admin,

I'm having problems with logging in on my account, every time i try to log in it says "Disconnected from server".
I have tried logging in with other account and it works like a charm, problem only occurs with this account.
Main character of the account = Sarkasmi

Could you investigate this problem?
