Can talk in Game

When trying to talk in game with any character from my account i get a message in french saying "you must wait 69 jours 11 heures 7 minutes xx seconds before speaking again.

I play in the pve realm and my main character name is Holdram.

Could you check what can be the problem?

I am level 16. Could talk in game yesterday and didnt really do much other than send mail...

Then you should make an in-game ticket:

Questionary mark --> Issues that GM can assist with --> Behaviour / Harassment --> Report Verbal harassment

(yes, the category might seem odd, but it's fine here).
