Item transfered vanished through the cloud

I transfered a bunch of thorium widgets and dense grinding stone from my main char to my alt using CT_Mailmod.
When i logged on my alt, most of the items i sent were in the mailbox waiting, but 2 stacks of thorium widget and 2 stacks of dense grinding stone appeared as a blank letter.
so i'm missing 21x thorium widget and something like 37 dense grinding stones.
funny thing is i mailed most of them at the same time, and only those are missing. (like 100+ thorium widget made their way through the stratosphere)
I opened an in-game ticket as well.
