Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I meet 2 people in Stonetalon Mountains and we became good friends after a frustrating 6 hour quest grind. So we decided to start a guild. We meet up in Origimar to make a guild charter and so we did. I tried to open the charter up and nothing happened, so i placed it in my main backpack and relogged. Still it didn't work. My friends tried to set up a guild charter and they could also not open it up. Then i deactivated all my addons and still IT DIDNT WORK!? No matter what i try i can not open my guild charter in my backback i can not make anyone sign it or anything please help NOSTALRIUS!

thats not my problem lol! i cant even open it up to invite people, its a bug. when i click on the guild letter thing it does not open up i can NOT invite anyone for some reason
