BUG sever dont update my rank.

My PVP rank is bug this week , severs dont update my PVP data on wednesday,at last week hks,my friend standing 20 with 523k hks,im standing 24 with 600k hks, but these 600k hks i earned it in arathi basin week .
that means i lost hks in AV week and did not get any RP.

Another friend of mine got 526028 hks in AV week , i got the same hks in AV week, he is standing 8 and R13 now,you can see this in these three pictures .plaese help me .i should rank13 this week,thanks a lot.
