Banned from speaking for 67+ days?? why?

I have been offline for a few days, buy with work ect.. i've logged back in yesterday to find i cannot speak.. i get a message saying i cannot speak for the next 67+ Days.... ild love to know why and also get it removed asap as i cannot get a dungeon group or even speak with friends.. kinda killing the game for me.
