Authenticating >> Disconnected. Although a new account works

Hi!
I can't login in my account. I've not played for like 2-3 weeks and when I try to login I get Authenticating >> Disconnected.
I already tried everything in the stickies plus some tips on the forum.
When I try to login, it won't even check the password. Whichever I put (wrong or right), it disconnects me. So I guess it is inactive or locked.

Although, I created a new account and I can login just fine.
I've already talked to a GM about this, and since I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO MY E-MAIL, he can't reset it (temporary e-mail was used to check out the server, and I didn't bother to create a new one).

He told me he couldn't help me further and passed my ticket to someone else who would.

My ticket was there for like 2 days, and I got a response in in-game mail. But it was just a blank message.

So... what is going on! What can be done?

The main chars on the account are: omfgrun (lvl 45 rogue) and itankyou (lvl 20 dwarf)
