Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi there , I am sure I have made a post about my problem earlier today but i can't seem to find it maybe something got wrong when i pressed submit but anyway...

The thing is that I was away for sometime and when i tried to log back from my laptop I could login but i didn't disable the addons and all popped on the screen so i exit to disable addons and log back in. When i did that i got the message that my account is banned. I don't know why tho. I can't login can you please help me out? I am on the pve server on horde side I have 2 toons names Deathseed and pelatis both are low lvls cause the account is new . I haven't played much.

Did you remember to check with the sticky posts before you made this one? You might find your answer there. Sometimes, when the game informs you that you are banned, you aren't in reality. Please go read the sticky posts.

I did check the sticky posts and also tried to do the steps suggested but no luck. I still can't play and the message remains the same. The only thing I haven't tried is to uninstall the game and install it again.
