quest issue

i can't seem to be able to turn in this quest here, i have all the required materials and it says complete in quest log but then when i go to quest giver it has that silver question marker and i cant click continue, any way to fix this?

1.) Try abandoning and retaking the quest.

2.) Make a GM ticket in-game about it.

3.) Give the name of the quest.
