Hi,

Me and my other half not played for months tried to login today because felt like playing and account just gets disconnected right away. got the girl to try her account same thing!

I have tried all the solutions posted on forum and none of these have resolved the issue! Also I tried to reset password as some posts said that would help and the link to reset it wouldn't work! I tried to copy the link in to browser and still wouldn't work.

went on forum to see if this is an issue saw lots posts like this so hoping a GM can help me.

Char names: Shortshots Hunter and on other account Hyperez Mage

same thing here, was afk for a couple of months and can't connect on either of my two accounts

Character names: Tenaz (warrior), pipinolbreve (Hunter)
Another account: Biofilo (Hunter), Margey (Warlock)

don't know if this help any others but mine is fixed now i finally managed to get on the reset password and that worked for me
