Disconnected from server

Haven't played for a few months and decided to come back and have been getting this the past 3 days. I know my account info is correct because I've logged into the mainpage
Done everything in the sticky and nothing works. Creating a new account lets me play, but I would obviously like to use the account that has my level 60 on it.
