Change password without email

I am wanting to find out if it is possible to change password of an account without a registered email.

IIRC, shortly before the shutdown announcement, Nostalrius announced they would do something about the accounts that have registered without an e-mail address (Back when you could change your password in-game). Are there any plans on what will happen to accounts without a registered e-mail address?
