Not receiving registration email

Hello, hopefully I'm posting in the right place.
I'm trying to sign up at "https://en.nostalrius.org/register" but am not receiving the email. I have gone so far as added the domain to my email's allow list but have not received it after numerous attempts. Any suggestions would be appreciated
