Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

any time i try to login it going to "authenticating" and then goes to "disconnected from server" i know my info is correct, i double checked the realm list, i even completely redownloaded and installed the game and it is still giving me the same popup. any help would be great!

Already updated the password and unlock the IP, but still the lock on my account.
I created new account and was allowed to enter.

Taken care of! I changed my password and that seemed to fix it, im not sure why, thanks everyone.

Same happens to me, but I can't reset the password cause website is offline, what should I do?
